So Priyanka has Bandra penthouse property papers that were signed by recent owner Nimrit onto her name (through fraudulent means by bribing & misusing Nimmi's divorce lawyer, but property registrations in municipalities need finger prints, PAN and Aadhaar verification signoffs in India, beyond just one paper signature).

Babita easily gave away 45% shares of Ahuja biz that were supposedly on her name to Pri recently(as Pri made deal she'll get rid of Amruta from their lives, but she didn't deliver)

But when Priyanka's character entered in Jun/Jul into this Mumbai Penthouse story, she brought with her some legal papers claiming Virat didn't sign on last page of divorce petition which is the main signature, hence their divorce years back didn't pass thru Delhi courts towards a final order. Virat stopped paying Pri monthly alimony amounts since then, as there was NO divorce order according to her, though she forcibly continued to live with Ahuja's in penthouse claiming as their bahu.

If as per Pri's claims she is still Virat's wife due to incomplete divorce, then her yet to be legally divorced but separated hubby Virat can't claim upto 50% of rights on penthouse and Ahuja biz shares, before he agrees to sign on fresh divorce papers to set her free from marriage? this is such a simple solution. Let Virat go and force live in that B-block penthouse with Pri as her legal hubby taking his family as her in-laws along with him, to trouble and turn her life down.
