@bold For writers it's their second marriage. They were legally married for > 1 year and have known each other for almost two years.

@red there was foreshadowing of child being a major plot devise from janmashtmi episodes. Prenup had a clause indicating Abhira giving birth to a child within an year of marriage and also had a clause regarding child's custody in case of divorce. Abhira argued with KP how woman's only purpose in life is to produce chidlren.(waqt badal gaye halat badal gaye ) Infertility track also revolved around "Ar-Ab ka apna bacha". Ruhi's pregnancy was also about Abhimaan's desire to have their own child. Now this complicated pregnancy. Future tracks are also going to revolve around child with subplots.

No offense but after 2-3 episodes it's getting annoying now, as Armaan's dialogues "jis bache key liye main itna roya hoon" and Abhira's dialogues "baby ko mama sey koi alag nahi kar sakta" indicate they considered all possible ways to have a child for 8-10 years but couldn't. It's only been 3-4 months of them getting in action & they are given heavy dialogues like humara sapna kabhi sach nahi hoga.
