As said before, both their souls wanted it, beginning with VSA himself, who said a clear and loud yes before she informed him about the "plan." Ammu melted to each one of his gestures during the "wedding" rasam (proposal, Kangan, etc.). So, in a way, yes.

But then, during the Mela (), he blackmailed her and wronged her, that girl lost everything there and needed to bounce back with ABC mode ULTRA REVENGE/ULTRA ANGER! Alas, we didn't get that chance.

There is a slight change in my pov about the mela eps after reading your post and I have to guess something along this lines was what the writers intended to do - but didn't bring this out well enough or even if Virat said things along these lines, the reason was lost between all the other ott things he said and did - and they did give the scene some 3 eps or so... so the real thing got lost.

Had mentioned before that one may kill someone in anger (even conceivable that one may molest someone in anger) but marrying someone in anger felt way off. But:

In his mind at that moment, she leaked the clip and did the fake marriage thing deliberately so that she can extort money from him. Though the 'proofs' were stupid, to him they proved she was undoubtedly doing this also in cahoots with her mom. How do I punish her? give her what she wanted / mocked... marry her but make her life hell. [Of course doesn't make sense when she can try to kill his mom like she did now... but the rest of the things seem to fit.]

Seems like the reason they went ahead with the stupid plot... and probably were surprised at the reaction from the viewers. It doesn't sound way different from my (or our) earlier pov, but the ott scenes and dialogues made it worse than it could have been.

As for her reaction... I'd say that makes even less sense. She may have entertained the idea of getting married to him, she may have subconsciously wanted it too (wont use the word 'soul') ... and especially because of this, wont she feel even more disgusted with him? She did show that disgust a bit after she came back to her home... but it wasn't enough at least to my liking. I'd say i'd have felt like pouring a whole bottle of Dettol and having a bath after that. ... burn those outfits she was wearing, break/throw away those bangles... something similar to what she did with Nimmi after Rajeev got exposed. At that point of time, it was her reaction that was very underwhelming.

Came across a promo of Rabb... probably a court scene coming up. and Amruta along with Pragya's grand daughter supporting the FL of Rabb... (for the monologue based promo - no scenes).

To be honest, I miss the old VSA... I miss that impulsive, stubborn, spoiled brat. I didn’t like his irrational behavior towards Amu back then, but he was better compared to now. These days, he seems more like a confused soul. I miss Amvira’s silly fights, the eye-locks, his flirting... More than a love confession, I just want that old Virat back...

And now finally I am thinking about the new entry.As per news,he will create misunderstand and rift between AmVira but how?🤔 Will he bring misunderstanding between them or will ruin Virat's character more?And why no proper marriage of AmVira yet or they already official their marriage by bari bari bate like he said she already accept the marriage and she said we can't hold past?or Amruta's marriage will happen with the new guy and Virat will end up with Priyanka? I'm so confusedWhat writers actually want to do?

I was extremely disappointed how they made her react. Even the money girland cry was better.

I get what they tried to do with V, even though (for stupid reasons because who the hell will marry a "killer") the fact he blackmailed her with Aai 😡. But yes, makers ka karna todha galat ta but hé was lost in his thoughts and anger plus trust issue didn't help him see the truth through her eyes...
