yeah i'm not a fan of them showing Sharjeena moping and crying - heck she felt nauseous, he stomach was hurting - wtf she was doing just trying to call mustafa and the doctor - why not call her parents ..or call a neighbor or someone to get her to the hospital ..like for crying out loud the girl is educated with a well paying job - she can't be so dependent ..it's just so out of character ..like no woman is like this however depressed they maybe ..the human nature has a survival instinct - fight or flight sorta thing ..really sad that all they do is show her moping and crying honestly to the extent that she didn't do anything about her aches and pains proactively.

Yeah, in the ideal circumstance Mustafa could have been around ..but i'm not seeing him do something so bad that sharjeena has to cry all along - it's one thing if he was roaming with his loafer friends and drinking or gambling away ..but the dude is trying hard to establish himself in the one thing he knows to do well ..i would really support that and be happy for his successes! ..

the cause for their rift is very lame IMO ..and not saying sharjeena doesnt have to be mad at mustafa ..she has all the right to ..BUT that doesn't mean that she becomes so dumb that she can't take care of herself!!! ..with her salary she has enough to make herself some good food and take care of the fetus inside her!

For me, Adeel and Rubab's story is more entertaining, I feel guilty to say that I skipped all the Mustafa Jeena scenes yesterday and did not bother because writing is stupid and seems like we are in Humsafar era of 2010-2011.

The fact that they showed an educated and modern woman too much weak and a struggling man is supposed to be unfair, then they should have had a better build up. I am sorry Adeel-Rubab case has a better build up then MusJeena's supposed separation.

yeah I echo this! Also I don't have a problem with her being angry with Mustafa for not giving her attention - he also is being an ass (mutton curry and taunting her parents) ..BUT all that is NO excuse for her not taking care of herself and the baby -

she can say to hell with you mustafa and your money making thoughts - imma gonna pamper myself and take care of the baby inside of me ..heck if she told her mom that mustafa was busy with work and she's gonna be with her parents for company ..and even if she told mustafa the same ..i don't think he would have minded that ..and if he did she could have just ignored him anyway! ..

like i'm not able to tolerate her crying all the time out of loneliness and relying so much on mustafa when instead she can take matters in her own hands and make some friends, visit family and take care of herself and the baby most importantly!! ..

after all this if they show her losing the baby and blaming mustafa for it ..it's going to be very lame.

Look, no one is saying that the man's only job is to make money - far from it. Obviously he should be there and support his wife/kids and what not - but this situation is different. And I think it is Sharjeena's right to be mad at mustafa and to be sad for his unavailability BUT that does not mean that she needs to cry all the time and not seek medical help when needed. Heck that doctor told her her BP was off and she needed to stay happy. I think she can be mad with Mustafa, cut him out or try to talk to him and express her feelings and if nothing works then figure out other ways to stay happy and healthy for her sake and the baby's sake.

In their situation Mustafa barely has a college degree - seeking a job would only lead him to data entry type of situations - he seems to have caught a lucky break and wants to explore it - i don't think that's wrong - likewise if Sharjeena had a lucky break in her career and wanted to focus on it further she should be able to!

Mustafa is assuming her pregnancy to be a normal one - if she took the time to tell him whta the doctor said that her BP was high and that she needed to stay happy and her happiness was only with him being at home to dote on her ..then perhaps he could have figured something out....when she felt dizzy in the morning, why didn't she tell him that perhaps it was due to her blood pressure being off or something - had he known she needed medical help and still left her ..it would be a whole different thing ...but typically pregnancy is not some sickness where one needs to keep watch on the pregnant woman at all times ..

i wish they had shown her being sick and her telling him what the doc said about her BP and then telling him that she was not ok and needed him ..and then despite all that he took a call and left for work ..then I could really not justify his behavior ..

also mustafa was not even prepared for a marriage to be thrust upon him ..so she has to understand the circumstance in which her whole relationship happened as well!! ..

that said, i'm fully with sharjeena being mad at mustafa ..just not okay with her being so dull as to not seek medical help for herself.

Yes, he is hardly home because at times we cannot choose to ignore career defining events and sit at home, same thing happened with Mustafa, it happens with everyone who is starting from scratch, and Sharjeena is educated herself to understand this. I am a full time PhD student and sometimes I am going home for 6 hours sleep only, that did create a couple of fights between me and my boyfriend as he complained I do not care to spend time with him, however he realized it once I told him that it is not in my control, and all days won't be rosy and colorful, he understood (thankfully, he is a lovely man).

Mustafa seeing her dizzy and leaving was definitely his fault, however I believe Sharjeena should have warned him once doctor told her that she is weak, instead of taking it seriously she succumbed into more grief, as much as Mustafa is blamed for ignorance, she is equally responsible for not taking precautions like prioritizing her health and well being and getting care by either telling him clearly or leaving to her parents, she is not an orphan.

And as I said, he has repeatedly told her that he is trying to make things easier for the upcoming baby, it is not rocket science that the baby is accidental and none of them were ready, while Jeena took it positively, he saw the ugly side of being moneyless and homeless and feared his child being a victim of his shortcomings, and any parent feeling like that is not wrong, feeling worried for the baby's future is not equal to thinking the baby is a burden? If Jeena thinks that the baby can grow up on his own, earn education and respect without Dad's money and support then she is delusional, to raise a child parents need two basic things, good understanding, maturity and money, sadly Mustafa and Jeena lack all of these, falling in love and feeling the butterflies is different but standing with each other for the struggling days is difficult, while she supported him immensely when he was homeless and jobless, she failed to realize that all he was doing is getting a job, not banging other women and he failed to realize that she is a wife and not a therapist.

Mustafa was fitting in Jeena's so called perfect list resembling the novels she read and all was fine, the day he started facing the reality she wants him to be the romancing homeloving Mustafa again, while Jeena was the therapist who was saying yes sir to all his childish stuff and the day she started cribbing about attention, he is busy with work. Clear case of love with zero understanding and of course unprotected sex which is bad given they conceived when he was practically jobless and even got betrayed by Joseph, WTF is this.

Yes, every partner needs attention, however, that is not a reason to behave like you are dead from inside, I mean I understand her grief, but not good writing if that is the reason to show the separation. Right now, it seems like they will dump all the guilt on Mustafa for the miscarriage and she will say he did beizzati of her mohabbat, but dude was just trying to earn some money . I remember in Kankar, Sikandar again played by Fahad was a loving but controlling husband and one day during argument he pushes Kiran (Sanam Baloch) and she loses the baby, now that was a great reason to blame him, here it seems like prioritizing career and baby's luxurious future is making him a villainous figure for his wife and god she was telling the baby that your father left us alone, after 20 episodes of great writing, all we got was phuski bomb

See, at complicated pregnancies things can go bad, so first thing I still feel they should have shown is Sharjeena taking the doctor seriously and warn Mustafa or at-least leave him, like who cares of his and her father's idiotic conflict as long as her baby is safe?

Crying for attention and care is also justified given her hormones and pregnancy depression could be there, but well that has to be communicated, clear case of ignorance and miscommunication.

@bold: Same Farhat Ishtiaq wrote Khirad delivering at 6th month with zero medical and familial care after the massive black night of Farida throwing her out in Asher's absence, and the same lady wrote Sharjeena crying all day just because Mustafa is not giving time, are we supposed to believe that 15 years ago she had better skills or she just needed a reason to put the male lead under the bus?
