I guess there is no harm if people like me r obsessed for an ancient show considering that the same ancient show gas more repeat value than current onair shows..Same ancient show is getting copied just for the sake of trps..

If a show is remembered fondly even after 10 years, then that means it has achieved that cult status..😁 Current itv fans wouldn't be able to relate to it because itv is trash right now. Initial episodes of yhm have great repeat value because of the romance, comedy, lead couple progression, family scenes, slice-of-life genre..Ghum only has drama, no wonder fans are struggling to watch it for one time itself😆

They refuse to spend a few bucks on quality, experienced & better actors for their supporting cast

Instead they do cost-cutting &hire sub-par supporting cast & then make them a wallpaper or furniture

I blame Sathiya, RS and Ghum for it. All these three are responsible for the downgrade of ITV. Sathiya because the ML was mute and since then itv has become far more fl centric than it ever was and MLs aren’t given good quality writing anymore. RS because of many reasons. Ghum because it brought ml with 2 women pinning over him to the center which I know itv used to have before too, but it was never the main concept and stretched this long like Sai Pakhi Virat were. So since then colors and SP are all running with 2 fls after 1 ml concept

In YHM the ML didnt say that his sister's life got ruined after knowing that his BIL is bad.

Savi apologizing is their own 'creative,' probably but Savi getting slapped by Tara and Rajat going on ki meri behan ki jindagi barbad hogyi even after knowing jigar is a molester was straight ripped from some old show. Itv seriously can NEVER handle sensitive tracks like SA or molestation. The old shows just made it a joke, and let’s be real, victim getting slap was totally unnecessary. Anupama? Yeah, they made Dimpy a rape victim only to turn her into a negative character before killing her off in the worst way. Ghum is no better either; they don’t know how to handle this stuff at all. In Ghum 2, at least Savi has beat Harini’s husband... Now to copy paste to make her a mute nanny , they made her cry, and cry, pining for Sai.

There is no use in correcting themAccording to them all the bad things about their show are copied from yhm. I remember the dialogues clearly..Raman says " Meri behen ab zindagi bhar pachtayegi ki ussne ek darinde se pyaar kiya.."

While in ghum Rajat says "Ab meri behen ki zindagi barbaad hogayi..uska kya?"

But then again as usual yhm is blamed for ghum's creativity

Earlier they copied scene to scene.but now they r not copying line by line.

This kind of BS might have worked 10 years ago, but today’s audience is different. Nobody's buying this kinda stuff anymore. The Trps don’t lie—the molestation track got lowest 1.8 trp, the fake pregnancy with SaRaj got 2.2. It’s clear people today don’t want to see this crap. Sure, copying happens everywhere, in films, in songs, but even ‘Rishta’ moved on from straight-up plagiarism long ago. These guys? They’re still copying word for word. How long until they wake up and move past this? The Trps are tanking, and they still haven’t learned.

I loved YHM and even the ridiculous tracks became bearable due to theexcellent acting of Karan and Divyanka.

Devdas has been made and remade yet Sanjay Leela Bhansali made it watchable by his story telling and the excellent star cast.

Ancient it maybe to some but the Dil ka Rishta came a nayi soch and it was remade and dubbed in Sinhalese and Turkish I think.
