Since years it's very common for FLs to be orphan or poor and MLs with daddy issues to gain more sympathies and sometimes justifications from the audience. Even Rishta is following both of these since last 3 gens........

And I understand it's hella irritating to see saari duniya ki musibat on FLs so audience pity them always.

And og Ak was no doubt best rishta FL.

Both og AK and Naitik grew up in healthy happy families with no unessary trauma or baggage so that's also one of reasons for their happy and stable life.

Uske baad sab trash he trash lagta hai kyunki uske baad lead bina head tail ki dikhti hai and side characters ki koi valuable story nahi hai.

Season 1 successful isiliye bhi tha kyunki usme OG akshara , nandini, rashmi , varsha har ek female character ki apni ek distinct journey thi like Handicap Nandini got married in poor family suffered inferiority issues for years , Rashmi got married in affluent family but husband was problematic, Varsha was bhabhi kum best friend whose husband cheated on her so we can see each and every supporting female character had their own journey that’s why aj isko vamp banaya kal usko vamp banaya type scene nahi tha uss season mai.

Uske baad ke seasons se aurat bani aurat ki dushman, show mai female lead ko chod ke sab ki sab vamp supporting female characters, iss season toh hadd se zyada toxic pan dekha just to get some sympathy for female lead , isse accha woh apna season 1 wala formula ek baar try kar ke dekhe like jaise nandini -Rashmi ko utilise kiya tha waise kiara and Charu ko utilise kare, jaise naksh kirti ka journey tha waise ruhi-Rohit ka journey shape kare, Manisha ko bhi fan girl se zyada use kar sakte hai agar chahe toh, vidya actress ko replace kare seeing 0 acting skills like Pratiksha honmukhe was better than this vidya actress. Yeh sab karege toh Rohit ko maarne ki yah ruhi ko surrogate banana types toxic ghum tracks ki zarurat he na pade.

Problem isiliye ho rahi hai ki yeh log ek baar bhi season 1 wala formula reuse karne ko ready he nahi hai jab ki season 1 of yeh rishta was way more successful than their fatichar show like anupama.

Zero doubts it's Akshara senior.

She got into an arranged marriage at the mere age of 19/20 then made place into the hearts of her husband and Sasural, the same sasural went from making her to cover her hair to accepting her modern avatars.

Most importantly she stood with her husband and with her Sasural turned family in difficult times, never ran away or abandoned them. Yes she spoiled her kids a bit, but conditioned them when necessary. She respected everyone (especially elders), never involved in verbal spats, physically assaulting (where people can actually talk without hands wala situation). She even joined the family business later on.

She's not some self proclaimed Queen, but her family made her sit on the throne for who she is!

She's an ideal daughter/sister/wife/bahu/mother. None of her successors can't even come 🤏 this close to her greatness ✨
