Why majority stake though..Why not keep 51% share?

He is moving to a rented apartment. He is paying 8 lakhs rent. The same amount,Ranveer is paying his mother for an additional flat in the building, he bought his home in, at Bandstand.

How bad are things with him. What happened to the 1100 cr Kjo, is supposed to be worth? After the sale, can he not keep his home?

Do people really think he is going bankrupt? I'm sure the biggest expenses in dharma must be salary to kjo, his car, credit cards, his business trips abroad etc....

He is just offloading stake in his company for a crazy amount while in all probability retaining a powerful position in decision making capacity so he can keep half the industry sucking up to him for launching their children...

He is too needy for validation to let go of the power completely

If he is selling out a majority share, no matter his role in the restructured company, he would only be the second in command at best. Plus with their back to back failures there’s no way they are in a good position, liquidity wise. It’s obviously not a fire sale, but it’s definitely not a high multiplier exit either.

This is their new home under construction,next to SRKs. Padukones and Bhavnani,bought a flat each in the same building.The lease is complicated

Oh that's nice that they'll be neighbors with SRK. You can genuinely see the love and affection that Deepika/Ranveer have for SRK and vice-versa.

Another reason why I don't understand the people who conflate SRK and Ranbir fans together. There is little to no overlap in those two fandoms. The hate most of these Ranbir fans have for SRK, Deepika, Ranveer, Katrina, Vicky, etc. when SRK holds Deepika, Ranveer, Katrina, and Vicky so dear to him just proves there is no overlap.

I am still hoping to see SRK and Ranveer act together onscreen.

Have you seen Karan Johar wardrobe. He has very expensive clothes and shoes. I do not believe this news.
