He gave a half-assed apology to her in front of her college (frankly, it was not even a sorry, it was more like "I was lead into a misunderstanding so it wasn't really my fault that I reacted that way") and wanted to tell her about Nimi and Qasim's actions. Sitara just shut him down and refused to listen to him. That pissed him off more and he began blaming Salman.
