i have the same thoughts as you ... Honest till now Sitara is doing everything within the scope of the story ... i definitely don't agree with some of her lines , but i am gonna blame that on writer ..

one thing i have noticed about sitara is she reacts very strongly in the beginning but after sometime she calms down ... like once she said in this scene ..

I kind of realised that this was getting long. I just didn't realise how long it until I posted it.

Even I get annoyed with the writing here and there. They should really tone down Sitara's caustic language. Yes, Sitara does react very strongly at first. Frankly, I thought it started building up when Mehreen accused her of being uncaring and being worries about a tea party. She would have behaved more normally otherwise but she was thrown off balance with those remarks.

Salar gets Sitara. She isn't sophisticated and has always been mufat and rude. Even when she replies shut up to some sweet msg by salar and Junaid and saba make fun, he says that's her way. So he gets it and that's y most of the time he doesn't react and knows where it's coming from. I don't think Salar is a doormat. He does tell her when he's hurt. And like you guys said, if pointed Sitara does realise.

From the promos she clearly crossed the lines and good Saba told her off.

Instead of showing the Nani misunderstanding track, they should hv shown how Nani guides Sitara and Salar in their day to day married life. Initially we all thought that's what would happen. 🙄

I also feel that the khana taana in the promo must have proceeded after some taunt by mehreen, coz she reacted so strongly. Mehreen must have said something like kitne begairat hai. 😂

Absolutely, this was everything i wanted to say but could never pen it down. Things are not as black and white as poeple perceive on Twitter. Who have literally resorted to cussing her on twitter. I mean it's nust a character. Had they bashed every other ML chatacters who are toxic but portayed as knight in shining Armor on ptv and itv, the content would have gotten a lot better.

Exactly. Even though Sitara was upset that day, she still greeted Mehreen politely. It was Mehreen who was like "to tum ho Salman ki cousin" and began making comments about her class. Even when she came down with Salar, it was Mehreen who started with taunts. Like Madam, if you cannot take it, do not dish it out in the first place. Even now, she behaves so sanctimoniously. Even I do not condone some of Sitara's caustic remarks, but frankly Mehreen started it.
