I really wish that Arjun would stop saying that Megha is brave. It annoys me. Maybe the writers are very proud of themselves as they are comparing Megha with doormat FLs who just cry and weep. In that case, the bar is too low.

That said, Megha isn't brave in my definition. Being brave is going into a situation where you know the consequences and risks and still take it on.

Here, Megha is just stupid. Okay, she is a bit resilient but still very stupid. The girl went to Georgia for who knows what and then gives Pikachu face when she discovered Manoj was not nice.

Megha is stupid and was always the one and will be till the end hope so show apne standards naa badhaye, we shouldn't be deprived of such characters warna drama kaise hoga....

And I don't think so unnecessary highlighting the main character (here in serials FL) is something new.....so appreciation toh banti hai na, don't you think so

I can understand your disappointment about Arjun's character and illogical narratives where protocols weren't taken that seriously.....but thik hai we shouldn't be expecting a lot from a daily soap where the main purpose is to show romance, bromance and toxic drama plus Rona dhona.... nothing more to this .....

hahahah.... true. It makes me appreciate crime patrol even more. They try to be real

Best way to enjoy this drama is to see this another illogical daily soap and just sit back and have fun eye rolling.

Yea the writers are making stuff up but why would IAS officer have to do diplomat mission? That is job of IFS officer. This is similar to earlier episodes where Arjun was doing IPS stuff. The drama can't decide what his job actually is.

I think he had control over other fraudsters too and by applying personal equations with Megha he applied for a hidden mission to Georgia without informing govt.....if seen logically....

So IAS took role of IFS because he didn't have trust on long process of diplomacy between countries.....

kekekek... Ashane -- anyone with basic GK knowledge know that IAS, IPS and IFS come under 3 different ministries. This isn't private IT sector where you can jump from one vertical to another. This is govt bureaucracy.

If he was there on diplomatic mission, then it would be something like economic mission or training. Regardless of what his work reason were, he would still have to follow LOTS of protocol.

Especially when you are overseas and representing nationally, you are obligated to behave with decorum. You are expected to follow protocol when an issue occurs. You have to inform the relevant authorities and get permission before you decide to take one step.

You can't do what you like in another country because of idiot Megha who thought her hubby was good. You can't claim a random woman is your wife. That is called fraud and reflects badly on India and negatively impacts our national interests.

So yes, Arjun needs to be fired royally. Ofcourse, the writers will make it seem like he is screwed over and we should all feel sympathetic for him. But I won't be that viewer. I am going to relish him getting cut. 😉

My case is different I said I don't have problem with legalities, till you are committing right and have other reasons linked to close ones, what all you wrote about complexities in such cases because it's associated to higher authorities or whatever is understandable and I am not denying, it's just am saying Arjun found it an urgency to carry out everything because of Manoj's vile side.....

Imagine he would have waited that long to carry out every point in a systematic way do you think till that point Megha would have been even alive if not less than raped and physically harmed to a level we can't take even as a show....

Ashane -- So I will share a story of how doing stupid stuff overseas can hurt your career for years. I heard this from my mom's friend. Uncle was IFS and Aunty went wherever he was posted. She once shared an incident that happened years ago.

So lady was recruited as admin in embassy. This was a local recruitment but it did go through checks in India. She had done some govt exams but she got married off early. So she had some govt job aspirations and was excited to get this admin job. She was talented and hardworking.

Her husband on the other hand was #1 fraud. He was doing some business and cheated the local partner. That business partner filed a case and husband was arrested. Lady tried to argue that husband should not be prosecuted because she worked in the embassy but that tactic did not work.

However, because she was part of the embassy, staff had to get involved. Eventually local govt agreed to not give him jail time but he did get record and was deported along with lady and their children. Everything they owned was confiscated to repay the cheated amount but it only covered half or so.

Lady thought she would be able to transfer to some other govt job back in India but she was totally blacklisted. It didn't matter that her service record was excellent but because of her fraud husband, she got screwed over completely.

So breaks in protocol are taken very seriously and it can have long term effects.

This being a daily drama, we should essentially throw out our brains especially since this drama is throwing all logic out here with Arjun being IAS + IPS + IFS.

However, from a character analysis, Arjun's actions were wrong and he damaged his own career. Sure, he had good intentions in wanting to save Megha but the way he went about it was off. Protocols exist for a reason.
