I can’t even tell but I’m guessing no. They actually dated for a few years. Their emotional connection was about the two of them as boyfriend/girlfriend and not as characters of Aashiqui2. I think fans are just getting excited because of the rain and all.

if Aashiqui 3 is ever made with these two like Arohi falling in love with RJ’s duplicate with theme love can happen again. This time shraddha being alcoholic because of RJ loss and with happy ending. It is gonna cross 700-800 crores very smoothly

The last year they’ve run into each other three times. At Tseries prayer event, at airport before Ambani shindig, and now this one. Each time the videos have gone viral for several days. I’m pretty sure they’re getting many offers for romcoms or even tragic love stories like Aashiqui. They just haven’t accepted it. Incidentally Vishesh Films still wants to make Aashiqui3 so they could do that as different characters 🤷🏽‍♀️
