both highly educated and smart people following this plot.

I wonder if one writer got an idea from another.

Because 1. they can spin some some episodes 2. They are dumb 3. They think that they can take the viewers for a ride.

I will sound like a broken record but like all of you have pointed out here, Arjun is a criminal lawyer and supposedly a good one at that.

He is not a lay person or a taxation attorney. JS.
