She was a big thing then. But she shifted to movies.. then gained weight which made her look older. Still she has talent.. and I found her the only interesting actress in Sinf E Ahan.

Yeah she gave back to back hits back then. I guess she got ill that's why gained weight.

Same thoughts I only liked her and Ramsha's Character in sinf e ahan.

I liked Kubra in KAM Season 2..my favourite performance from her is definitely Hum Kahan Ke Sachay Thay. She and Mahira - their altercation scene and the final heart to heart was just fab. Usman was literally just there for me in the show..least concerned about him.. I felt like she missed the mark many times in this show particularly but the last two episodes belong to Kubra..she acted with her eyes..and you can finally feel her performance…I wonder whether she was stoic throughout the show because she had to keep all her cards closed specifically in front of Murad.

Wasn't Sin-e-ahaan the show where Kubra and Ali Rehman were paired together, and there his name was Kumail?

I kinda agree. To be honest I have no idea why they drag the shows..that’s a problem and the precise reason of ITV collapsing because they did not know when to stop..and have these never ending shows..but PTV thankfully still has finite series as prime time shows. I love these weekly/ bi-weekly finite series concept and there is always going to be another show to replace it..so what’s the point of dragging..infact if it is doing well..even better to close it at a high and at its peak..since it’s available for rewatch on YT anyway ..there was a time NJ episodes barely crossed 1.5 Million because I usually get to see it next day..and now it is already at 6 million in less than a day....most shows that are remembered today..many years after they aired were taut and did not have lousy episodes in between.
