They actually don't care about TRP.The episode Armaan left Ruhi in mandap,Ruhi cried gave themthe highest TRP .Here episode where Abhira cried got lowest TRP.still They wanted to make Abhira cry and Ruhi taunt her and walk away

It was the high point of yrkkh where Ruhi was left at altar. Previous seasons got even better TRP when third angle/love interest of main character was left at altar or marriage got cancelled.
