Suhana herself said it is not about setting unrealistically high standards of beauty. It would be about breaking them. So I would be surprised if she undergoes drastic plastic surgery. Although I am told she already got a nose job.

Add Karisma-Kareena as well. Nobody took Kareena seriously until Karisma quit. She was often pulled down because Karisma was at the top of her game.
