Both hania and fahad are trp pullers. Also mustafa sharjeena do deserve such good response.

If it will happen then we can say that there is first deserving drama which is getting good trps and views.

I don’t think so. All of them are shows which are working well because of the main two leads and their chemistry/bond. It’s a common factor in all these shows.

In fact, I think despite their flaws, KMKT actually had the most regressive premise of a girl deciding herself to do a samjhootay ki shaadi to protect her khandaan ki “izzat” - a set up that has been rightly criticised by reviewers as well. It’s only post marriage that the story has been saved because of the endearing scenes between Mustafa and Sharjeena.

Even now I would argue keh bottom line story is still very much “perfect wife fixes nikamma husband” Hai tou wahi typical story hi. But it’s a good execution and a mature focus on their interpersonal relationship. That’s the thing keeping it fresh.

Fahad is a very strong performer. Emmad and Hania are also doing amazing.

I just hope that now that the show is having such a good run, it doesn’t get the Badar jinx 😭 Kyunke roona dhoona aur separation and some twist tou hoga. In his last 2 shows he has used cheap plot twists like sexual assault and not dealt with them responsibly at all. Hopefully this doesn’t face the same curse. He seems to have some creepy fascination with such twists and formulas. He asked Zanjabeel specifically to insert it into the plot of Mein 🤢

But I think so, and I believe difference of opinion is not a bad thing. So, I don't want to argue. Till now i have been enjoying KMKT, there is no flawed editing in it like IM. No dragging like TB. No roti dhoti FL like MH and no bechara ML like MPTH. That's why i am liking it so far.

Yeah it's a typical story but it's execution and performances which is making it different and better.

Thank you for stating your opinion respectfully and actually being able to take a difference of opinion maturely. I’m undecided on KMKT because I keep anticipating Badar to drop the ball on this - the curse of having endured MPHT and Mein. And since it’s just episode 16 (TB and IM were great as well at this point and beyond that. It was later that issues you mentioned started), I am saving my verdict to how Badar and writer handle second half of the show. Since I have issue with the premise of the story, my faith isn’t as great as yours is. Darr darr ke dekhti hoon smiley36 But since they were able to turn the story around for me once post marriage, I am hopeful it stays on track till the end. Fingers crossed.
