Look as audiences we have to accept that eventually Abhimaan will separate, without that no ITV show can run for long, while writing my fanfictions I have realised that when we write something, we tend to make the story exciting, for ourselves and audiences and it can't come without conflict, everything nicely happening have no entertainment value, we need excitement, longing, passion, angst but sometime ITV overdo it like they did in Ghum and Imli. Imli S2 was the best because angst was served right and actors were really good. So for Abhimaan story, we have to swallow the bitter pill of Abhiman separation but hope it serves angst, longing and passion and not toxicity and over drama of the parallel lead.

Yep.. Seperation is inevitable in an itv show. It will happen sometime in future.. What I dont want is a seperation at the cost of destroying the leads completely. AA story till now is handled somewhat in a neat way. So I really hope they dont mess it up to a point from there is no return.

Yes, i want, longing, angst, passion and tadap in the separation, like two lovers pining for each other but can't be together, not like toxic ML and boring and irritating parallel lead making FL life's hell.

I don’t see any reason for the makers to ruin them but since when have they required any reason to do so 🤷‍♀️? As of now they have enough tracks to survive another 1-2 years, they dragged a simple 2-min noodle story and a deal marriage to almost a year. Kudos for that!! Unless the creative team go bonkers like Ghum S1 Abhimaan is safe

They should have ended the show with Kavya divorcing Vanraj and he ended up being lonely, children realising worth of Anupamaa, Anu happy with Anuj and becoming a successful chef and part time dancer. That's it. But as usual the greed of channel and the producer destroyed even this show.

Anuj was not supposed to be a permanent character. His role was to bring Anupama out of that family jaap and that was going very well but people started liking him. An online fandom emerged. Also the rumour is RG and SP were at loggerheads at that time and she started promoting MaAn. I don’t know how true this rumour is but SP did want to quit the show as he felt his character didn’t have anything more to offer. DKP didn’t let him quit and hence the result is Maa’s infinite udaans.

I was empathetic towards Anuj until they brought their adopted kid. That guy let his daughter get abused by the Shahs and put all the blame on Maa. I loathe him more than I dislike Maa. And I despise DKP for making kids villain
