I think for sequels to be successful, they need to retain the original leads as well as multiple factors like story and music. Sequels like Lage Raho Munna bhai, Krrish, Murder 2, Taanu weds manu, KGF 2, Tiger Zinda Hai, etc were huge blockbusters, because they somehow continued the storylines, with the original leads. This happened with Stree 2 now. Hence, next time people make sequels they should make sure it is just not a random movie with same titles, but proper written sequels.
