+1. Even the 2nd marriage was done by himself after the molvi suggested this option. I mean, he literally takes anything animate or inanimate as a toy. His mother just is a typical mother trying to fix his matters after he makes a mess. Not sure if Shabbir has any pleasant qualities though his mom thinks so. It is hard for me to understand the appeal of such a politician. The guy is so possessive and has no respect for religion or God or other people. He thought giving talaq was a joke and didn't matter as he just said it because he was angry. He didn't think it mattered because it wasn't said in a public setting. So rather than fear of God, it was fear of ammi that he obeyed. Otherwise, we can bet that he would have forced himself on Aaliya and treated her as his wife. In his mind, she is like his toy -- only he gets to decide when he does not want to play and if he does, she needs to come running. So not just angry but a whole host of other personality problems.
