There was an old serial/Premie in Tamil by sadma/ek thuje keliye late director, K. Balachander where the FL called Premie will be a very inspiring/independent/career-oriented female like how Amruta was promised, she will be working in Bombay but would have left her home in Chennai when her father/a rich man marries another lady after her mother's death. The step mom will have two boys/one girl, a very extravagant/lavish/spendthrift lady and her 3 children will be the same, a drug addict son to add to the list, so the father will call Premie back to handle his wife/kids and their extravagant lifestyle since he would know he had not long to live and that they might end up bankrupt. He dies shortly after Premie's arrival to Chennai. The children will never accept Premie and the whole story is about how she handles them/their mother/their problems and the multiple number of suitors who come her way/how she handles/rejects them, all interesting men in their own way with their unique stories, a very very must watch serial, all about women empowerment, she will help her drug addict stepbrother reform, but he unfortunately dies in the end, I used to wonder that the character would suit Sriti so well, even thought Amruta will be similar only to find the opposite.

almost every AmVira scene is ruined by babita's making face and her unnecessary presence. I don't know why they make her character so disgusting that I can't even tolerate her voice now face toh dur ki baat hai.
