The episode ended so abruptly, and its only once a week show smiley19

We already know what will happen, thanks to promos, but the journey along is thrilling. The chase keeps the tension alive. The story pacing is smooth. Performances are exemplary.

Just the screen is too dark, otherwise I love this mini series.

I am greatly enjoying the storytelling in this show, it is very crisp, pace is fine yet keeps you on the edge of the seat to know what will happen next.

Bilal, Sabeena even the actress who played Shabbir's mon were good in this episode.

It looks like the moulvi suggested them the valid way of halala nikka but shabbir most likely was the one who didn't listen as he wasn't even ready to admit the talaq.

One thing I couldn't tell is if the moulvi helped them escape or he was genuinely unaware of their plans.

Shabbir's mom is Asma Abbas, mother of Zara noor and sister of Bushra ansari

They have considered 3 talaqs at a time as 3 proper talaqs. Aaliya has also completed her iddah.

Aaliya seems to be a very compassionate person. She was consistently looking at Ibrahim because he was hurt when she herself had gotten hurt.

I loved Sabeena’s performance today. Bilal has just entered into the character fully. The body language is that of a submissive man. Gohar is brilliant as Shabeer so was Asma ji today.

I’m loving the dark frames, don’t know why smiley36

On a serious note, people who have anger management issue react impulsively on seemingly small issue. They loose control and make mountain out of a molehill.

Aliya is lucky she only got divorced and not abused in this instance

Sabeena was soo natural in today's epi and Bilal's body language is just too good. He has played innocent characters before too but you won't find any traces of those anywhere in Ibrahim...

I don't love the dark frames but I don't mind them here so much I guess because it is a dark story so somehow it fits unlike in many dramas where they just use it for some vintage feel unnecessarily.

Yes, I started laughing when the mom clarified that the "daughter" who died was the cat. The frames are so dark, there is no music, everything is morose and there you have this absurd detail that he got mad because of a cat's death. 🤣🤣

From the promo, her sister-in-law didn't believe there was a talaq and another nikkah. Imagine if she said this trouble started because of a cat! 🤣

I am not a fan of dark frames either but like you said, this is a morose kind of story. So it wouldn't make sense to have so much light. However, I hope that they do lighten the lens when we see some romance. If we continue to see only dark frames, then we can assume that we are in for a tragic ending.
