The Court of Arbitration accepted Vinesh Phogat's plea against her devastating Olympic disqualification for Sport (CAS) on Thursday, and the hearing will take place at 10 am local time in Paris today. (1.30 pm IST)

Meanwhile, the Indian government has asked to get renowned lawyer Harish Salve on board for the case. The lawyer/lawyers will need to be appointed by 6 pm (Paris time), which needs to be conveyed to the CAS before the hearing begins.

Arshad was phenomenal yesterday. Even his first throw was ok but he wanted the best so deliberately overstepped

Khair kya hi kar sakte the, humaari kismat me that to see this as worst Olympics of our lifetime

Nothing about Arshad, just the feeling that we lost against Pakistan is hurting the most.

This true

Vinesh fought for 53 kg and lost to Anju, same day fought 50 kg and most probably due to more weight she won.

WFI has changed rules and did soo much for Vinesh bcoz of the Allegation they went through. She was given special treatment leading to some others suffering.

Jab jab sports mein politics ghusti hain beda garak hota hain.

I am not saying Brijbhushan ke against jaana galat tha. But whatever happened in the protest and post it went wrong.

Yes people are sympathizing with vinesh only because gold /silver is gone.. Had she faced disqualification in QF people wouldn't have batted an eye..There are so many tragic stories .. There are so many people deserving to win

Can we not have 2 people from same category?
