Honestly appreciating all of these 4th finishes. I know they dint convert to a medal..and were such close misses. Happens..I am kinda really disgusted with twitter and some major sports handles had to actually ask people to calm down and have some empathy for Lakshya. Says something. Men being primary sports enthusiasts..they really are using language like MC-BC and that Lakshya lacks badminton brains, doesnt know how to play and all.

Then you go and represent the country at Olympics, make sure you take a lead against Axelsen, make sure that he says that you are the toughest opponent, make sure you get a gold medal for India..itna hi hoshiyari hai toh!

Theek hai medal nahi aaya..ho jaata hai..life moves on.

Today Axelsen's literally going to finish it in straight sets..without any struggle..against reigning world champion.

It is irritating me as well

It is super annoying.

I can't even post a tweet now.

It is such a hassle.

Not always we have a lot to say, faltu 4 words likho, many times inko 8 words bhi 4 words nahi lagte hain.

Ohh man......

This Olympics mein hamara luck bohot kharab hain.

If Judges aren't being unfair toh injury smiley19

Lakshya too was bleeding and now Nisha got injured.

I really hope it isn't a big injury and she gets well soon.

Nisha Dahiya was leading 8-2 when she got injured and took 3 medical time-outs.

Despite being in immense PAIN, she chose to FIGHT IT OUT and didn't concede the bout.

She lost the battle 8-10

Wrestling: Nisha might get in contention for the Bronze medal via Repechage later, but injury looks serious

She has time till tomorrow to recover.

Repechage rules:

If the North Korean wrestler (with whom she is fought now) reaches the finals, Nisha will be in contention for a bronze medal.

In that case, she needs to win 2 bouts to win Bronze.

Well

I do agree with Prakash Padukone but this is not the time to say this when he is Lakshya's Coach.

Prakash Padukone, “Government and Federations have done their job. Players need to take responsibility and ask if they are doing enough.

The same players have beaten these opponents in other tournaments.

In the Olympics, we aren’t able to deliver”.
