Had some soaked nuts , 3 egg whites and samba rava Upma and coconut chutney for breakfast
I didnt post last evening snack and dinner

Today for breakfast I had oats and Tea. Without tea my day doesnt start
Today I had- morning smoothie+ nuts
Afternoon chapati+dal+rice+papad+bhindi+salad
Night- chicken soup+ Egg biryani+ salad+ red velvet pastery
Then I came home and had Maggie🫣
Though I love coffee . I stopped consuming it
I have cold coffee or mocha when I crave
Otherwise I try coffee replacement when I want to ve black coffee :)
Roasted chickpeas / chicory root powder
Though not 100% replacement. To some extent they tastes like coffee especially chicory root powder . That's y they even mix that with coffee in filter coffee powders .
Chickpeas. I love d aroma d whole house is filled while making it 
. we have to roast chickpeas in low fames till white turns dark brown and powder and use it . It got mild coffee flavour

Whenever I have soaked nuts... I feel as if I'm a health freak only to end up my day with my weight in desert 🙈 and my trainer wonders why I burn for 2 hours... Like what's my motivation 🫣🤣🤣

I can understand. I m at d same boat as well
. My day starts with proper diet and ends with crazy diet 

If you are craving for desert have it for lunch
Between 11 am and 1pm . It won't affect your body much
Avoid for breakfast and dinner .
If you are still crave for desserts. Increase protein in diet .
I had chicken mayo sandwich for dinner today. For a change, my dad decided to watch some youtube video and make dinner.
I was absolutely not expecting that. He is someone who generally only cooks egg and bread so to have him cook chicken, shred it, mix it with a dressing and then make a sandwich was too much work in the kitchen, honestly.
