I feel the way the girl interacted with Salaar definitely means something & was not random just to create suspense. Addressing Salaar as aap wouldn't have made it obvious at all coz even a girlfriend can address her boyfriend as aap.

I feel she doesn't exist in real and she is basically Salaar's figment of imagination.

This Anaya angle has actually brought back my excitement for the show.

If indeed this girl is Salaar's imagination and never existed in the first place then it makes things quite interesting for me. This would mean that Salaar's issues are quite deep seated and will need more than therapy.

In fact Salaar might then start feeling that he is not right for Emaan and Emaan deserves better plus Zamin anyway is a threat which makes matters worse...This actually is so much better than him doubting Emaan with Zain.
