Alia was poor in her first movie but she took the criticism seriously and delivered Raazi, Udta Punjab and Badri ki dulhania in her first 6 years. These three have done nothing to note about in their first 6 years in BW

No but seriously. Alia did do some really good work in both Raazi and Udta Punjab. And she was pretty good in Gangubai Kathiawadi. She proved through those 3 movies that if you push her she can act well.

Don't think she gets taking the "tough route" only works when you can justify it.

Ugh everything looks sooo good for this movie, the actors, sound design, the trailer and then there's Jahnvi Kapoor, single-handedly she made me lose interest in watching this movie.....and then she has the audacity to say she chose difficult roles to grow as an actor. All these new nepos are such a joke. I don't even like Alia but she made me wish it was Alia in this roles. She would've actually elevated this film.

Waited for the movie and janhvi didn’t do justice to her role and everything else seems so good

Can't believe they ruined the end like that. They could've gone with literally anyone else and it would've been more interesting. Like even Shahid in a wig.
