They can show that Roohi uses this opportunity to come to Poddar house to stay close with Armaan and might show her how it would have been if Armaan was not married and what would have happened if things went ahead as per her initial plan.. they might make her slowly bring her out of obsession but Akshu truth when revealed might make her hate Abhira and if she sees Armaan supporting Abhira, she might hate him too.. she might try to pit Rohit against Armaan and try to make him feel like an outsider in the family.. Not to create tension, Armaan and Abhira might leave and they might go for leap..

option 2:
Or they can still go round and round with Roohi’s obsession and Armaan feeling guilt for spoiling Rohit’s life. Roohi being the victim, always needing Armaan for her support and blaming anything that goes wrong on Abhira.. Rohit can be the lead of chorus gang.. they might even stretch.with this for another 4 months..
