They have dieticians and gym instructors who help them to put on weight, ranveer is likely building alot of muscle to put on the weight. its also how they lose weight so quickly

Also vicky and rk did not look good when they put on weight and grew beards for chava and animal, this look doesn't look the best on any guy, but they do it for their film roles, so ranveer is doing the same here.
