NOC is a No-Objection Certificate. Contextual hain, bahut saare situation me lagta hain.
Yeh bhi jaanna chahiye. Iss context me, jaha property ek se zyada logon ke naam ho, aur koi poori property par koi development ya koi bhi changes karana chahta ho, toh har ek ko Primary Owner (Hansmukh) ko NOC dena hota hain stating they have NO OBJECTION to this.
When the building is ready to be constructed, we need to get permissions from various bodies like getting the plan sanctioned, local municipal corporation, etc. and they ALL give a permission, clearance and sign-off on the NOC to begin construction.
Similar to, Jaise Malavika ne NOC diya tha Anuj ko apne hisse ki property aur shares handover karte hue. May not be the best example but citing it since Malavika said that on the episode.
