If he ever treated Arshi as a friend he would not have went ahead for Marriage. Friends never cheat . Arshi is not a good person that is also one reason he won’t feel guilty for her. Red Bold- This is a possibility, but I think Guilty consciousness at least towards Arshi is a real thing. He has spent significant time with her and will require some more to come to terms with the changes within her. Pehle tho Arshi aise nahi tha.
