Thats because Neeti in 1 yr has changed her negative image to positive furthermore she is still playing the memory loss card. He does not know that Neeti did not loose her memory so in his pov memory loss Neeti will not harm Pari. These gang has been manipulating him using Pari's name and taking advantage of his grief. There are lots of happening in Bajwa house which will unfold later & slowly. Now the MU of Pari regards to Rajeev is firm slowly it will unfold what happened to Rajeev & Bajwas

In Rajeev pov its the right question why is Pari hiding from him,her own family & Bajwas. These are the people who has nothing against her little does he know his mother & elder cousin brother attempt to kill her. He literally knows nothing when pre-leap he did suspect that somebody tried to kill Pari what if its true Taiji just changed his mind from thinking on that way and divert him into something else. This definitely to bring in the leap because Taiji always knew Neeti is disaster for Pari but suddenly she advise Rajeev that there is no foul play i was shock too. Even now Rajeev is not convince the recent conversation with Amit in the room he wants to know what happened on that mountain that night. If he gets one clue he will definitely investigate
