Shruti did not do anything wrong, she asked to take action on hotel where cockraoch was found which any sensible US citizen would do unlike anupama/anuj who wanted to hide this fact and do jugaad and kaands

Adhya was also a colateral damage for anuj anupama to do their affair behind shruti back

I do not think in real world anyone will say shruti was wrong in complaining at all not even US court or indian courts

They will appreciate her for thinking about customers health and hygeine only
