I think both Vidya and Madhav are extremely problematic people who have made many mistakes but they arent cruel or evil at their core
Madhav has screwed up a lot and he has lost all hold over his son as a result. but Abhira has an independent equation with him which is not colored by his past and his many mistakes. so if he really wants to be a good parent figure now, he should buck up.
I am just happy to see Madhav-Abhira bond and to finally see Abhira atleast have a person be there in her house caring for her safety, food , health etc
After watching her crying alone for 2 months, in dismal living conditions like that hostel, the shady room of that lewd broker, store room etc, starving, having no money, no job and no support at all- its nice that at the very least she has a parent figure who will be there to offer her a comforting hug at the end of the day and she doesnt have to go hungry.
no one has negated how problematic Madhav has been but I am just liking him being civil to Abhira.
I enjoyed watching Vidya-Abhira scenes earlier too, before she flipped in anti Abhira mode
All Abhira has craved is a family and everytime I see scenes of her binding with chorus gang, chachi or anyone, it warms my heart.
none of these people are consistent though. they all flip or go mute intermittently.
for as long as it lasts, I am happy with the baap-beti bonding scenes.
