That is Yuvika's subconscious imagination who says what YUvika wants to hear at that point of time...

In koel matter also YUvika was already convinced with Bhumi's lecture on morality..then Prem spoke within her..kind of reaffirmed what she wanted to do.her way of getting validation from the person who is most important to her..but is no longer around her to validate her act..

It is a psychological thing... honestly..
