He definitely took the bribe. Rehmati is a bigger gangster than Munna and Moazzam, so it would be strange for him to let Rehmati go and only catch Munna and Moazzam. Plus, the officer in the previous episode mentioned that Rehmati had paid not to get caught. It was also suspicious that he transferred 10 million to Zarnab's account on the same day.

Everything points to him taking a bribe from Rehmati.
