According to star station guy, Arman refuses to marry Ruhi, Madhav calls Abhira who de-boards the bus and goes running to madhav and faints because of exhaustion. You are just having a day with being like minded with many people today 
But no, the spoiler scene shows him saying he borrowed a phone and even forgot her number but thankfully got through to her or some such! And then she faints after asking him about his injury
