In episode 5 of Gentleman, Munna himself mentioned that he watched the movie and was inspired by Munna Bhai, which is why he uses the name.
I find it interesting that he chose to be inspired by someone like Munna Bhai rather than another bhai or gangster from a movie. If someone is inspired to become a gangster, wouldn’t it make more sense to be inspired by someone who actually behaves like a gangster? Munna Bhai is portrayed as a nice thug, not exactly a cool or traditional gangster. That character shouldn’t inspire someone to become a gangster, as he doesn’t engage in any real criminal activity in the movie (correct me if I’m wrong, I watched the moive once when I was a kid). No wonder Munna isn’t a real bhai. I wonder if he even knows what actual bhai do.

Exactly. Her impression of him is improving. Feeling that he was sent to jail unjustly will make her sympathize with him and want to help. I'm betting that we'll soon see a friendship develop between them.

He is a good actor. I first saw him in Bakhtawar, and he impressed me in that drama.

Who? Saqib Sameer? He is an excellent actor and has been a part of quite a few serials like Pyaray Afzal, KAM3, Kabuli Pulao, Jhok Sarkar, Chauhdry and Sons etc.
