It's clearly writtenn on the page that Jaan Nisaar trp of 8.7 is based on new Pak urban data. So it's not TRP of all over pakistan but of only urban areas.

Can someone interpret the center selection for me? The age range is different from last time (25-45 as opposed to 15-45) but I can't decipher what centers are they talking about besides B? Do anyone of you know? This particular slicing of data is not familiar to me.

This is data from Karachi city. This is even more limited data than what Geo posts (Geo also posts only urban data). ARY is not disclosing whether their data is from urban or total Pakistan, so I can't say much about their TRP rating.

It would be better if there's one proper authentic agency to give this trp data. Everyone is using their own methods apparently

In India, they use BARC data and it always provides data in three categories rural, urban, rural+urban ...But still, they too don't include data of tatasky,DTH , HD etc. Apparently the same channels let's say Starplus and Star Plus HD have slightly different timings and they don't include the views of HD Aisa kuch..BARC has its own isdues..but, other than that ,I think channels just can't play around like this...

This formula is much better than what Geo & Green is using as this is data from total pakistan not just urban areas.
