Idk what prompted this article, even if we assume she did this the situation is far too trivial for a whole article.

But if I were to guess, ph is moving towards a leap and they plan to remove Himanshi from cast. Or Himanshi had some disagreements and wants to quit. So the ph is getting ahead of themselves by shifting blame on her. Unprofessional is the excuse everytime.

This is my speculation but reasonable because the article is sympathetic to ph and degrades Himanshi. Gives me the vibe that Himanshi might have had disagreements with ph and they are throwing her under the bus before she can comment.
