For now only Faraz will realise the truth of Dua turning out to be the sister of the bride when he reaches their house for nikah. His friend already left home since there was an emergency at his place and Rida too left as soon as she realised she wanted to distance herself from the mess Dua was in. So even Fahad and Rida will be clueless about the mess Faraz has created.

Dua will be abandoned by the family and in the future rescued by Naushervan by marrying her. She will come to realise her b-i-l is none other than Faraz aka Sarfaraz when she will be accepted back by the family. That and the timing will shock her out of her wits and put her in a fix as all of this would have gone too far for things to ever be set right. You can bet Faraz will try blackmailing her and she will be dead worried. Naushervan will learn the truth at some point and deal with him then.
