Payal isn't a newbie to the Cannes Filmfestival. She already made an impact with "A Night of Knowing Nothing" 3 years ago and had also participated with a short film 7 years ago (latter produced by the FTII).
She has connections to the French filmindustry...both her last movies had been (co-)produced by a French producer.
