I found the towel scene completely forced. In fact most of yesterdays ep felt forced - all the Virat jaap and VA shipping from Bhavani and Jahan, Ishika coming in for I dont know what was a yawn scene, and the rest. Unless she plays a role in the main plot, I have no idea why she is in the show.

One thing I liked is that they gave Virat a monologue in between - dont remember much of it but at least we get to know what he is thinking.

About the replies... saw a few around 'being on the edge of our seats', 'cant even guess whats coming up and excited about it', 'loving it' etc. Safe to say more than half of it will be never seen anything better kind of comments.

Turns out the ep that revealed Babita as the villain didn't do well (got a rating of 0.8). Was a Sunday ep but the drop was arguably significant.

Ant bite, phone thing, VA confrontation, and eventual lab visit ep did the best: 1.2 - [despite it being a 29 min ep fwi remember]

Content wise, if I remember right, it was a decent ep - as in, not the usual Sunday filler. They did kill the Babita revelation part - with promo and even the precap shown at least 2 days back. So if they were thinking 'Oh... who would've thunk it will be Babita!' that 'thunk' happened in the promo and the precap itself and the episodes dragged. Showing it as a precap and not having it in the actual ep, will not go well. In a way wasn't expecting a 0.2 drop (going by the ep not being the usual Sunday filler) - think that's the worst drop of the three weeks you've shared.

IPL... idk.. may be. Checked to find there was a match involving RCB who were in their winning streak. So probably had more interest.

This abrupt plot of lets do grand public FAKE marriage quickly with all guests around, by following all pre-wedding rituals in Marathi style because bride is Maharastrian (who is almost bankrupt with NO job/savings/regular earnings/even house to stay for several months just living as REFUGEE on open terrace)

but venue is rich Punjabi grooms 20th floor packed pent house, is itself such a lame layout.

Amruta & Virat giving repeated excuse to viewers in every alternate episode, 'thru this nakli shaadi we will reach to main culprit who hired a photographer on dark night to take secret photos in jungle in a wrong way and leaked to media / social media to defame us', is even more unconvincing.

But Virat's main suspicion is on Abhiraj, where as Amruta/Bhavani suspect its Ishika, who is behind leakage of photos.

In most of pre-wedding rituals did Amruta & Virat or atleast Shekar keep close eye on these prime suspects & their movements? NOPE. did they engage private detectives to investigate these prime suspects secretly? NOPE. did these prime suspects give any hints or rattled dialogues they want to stop this wedding, in functions attended till now? NOPE.

btw Amruta & Virat have secretly cloned Ishika & Abhiraj's mobile phones long back for checking call & message history, what's the outcome? NONE.

How can you get TV viewers buy-in to attract/sustain big viewership with such lame layouts & lopsided plots? hyping it as shaadi & jodi in SM and in montages & campaigns? now also using forced dialogues in episodes?

Too many loopholes indeed, conveniently disregarded. I think somewhere in between this track, they had to totally change the plot, so some supposedly important sequence & act of investigation is thrown out of the story. It was Aaji that mainly filed FIR on Virat that he SA Ammu will she was unconscious... Logically Aaji should have called Ammu to ask/irritate "you said you will find the culprit but what happened?"... But now she has vanished

I think their initial script gets tossed out after review by big bosses, so writers have to come up with typical drama masala crap last minute.

I mean they make effort to shoot such crucial scenes but end up omitting??

I think Adiandsid meant Dildaar possibly getting poisoned and possibly dying (or even hospitalized) can prove costly to Babita. Karma bit her in the backside, since she wanted Ammu or Bhavani to die by poison, Dildaar eating Amrakhand is karma striking.

Remember after Ammu first announced the wedding in Ahuja's house, Dildar & Babz had a private discussion and Babz spewed venomous hatred about Ammu till he was shocked to hear her words(at least his reaction was). However he didn't share a word with Virat about it, as in to share how his heart sunk hearing her words about Ammu (he calls Ammu his bachi )

I do feel making Babita the 'one who did it' was not part of the og plan - at least revealing it is her. While overtly it was Abhiraj around, Ishika was shown there for 'i dont know what'... Revealing it was Babs in the end would've made better sense. But probably the lower ratings made them take the step [The last time Virat went topless, rating was 0.9.]

Also find VA are thinking more about 'shaadi', how fake or real it is, whether you will or wont... etc. than brainstorming about who the person is and how we can catch him/her. So the 'fake wedding' was brought just to get them married. After the PS debacle, they spent the entire last ep around 'chalo hum shaadi-shaadi khelte hein' with Bhavani and Jahan admiring how very well the kids are playing the game and egging them on further.

Hmm... Babita knows Abhiraj did poison the dish... and rues the fact that bhavani didn't get trapped. [That was kind of unexpected... esp since Dildaar was on the receiving end. No 'lets stop this nonsense' like she did with Ishika. So she is fine if something else happens too.]

Some people love playing shaadi-shaadi... some people dont.

Can Babita's dialogues change???? same thing from day one! Yuck.

Ammu does see the ring finally!

I still don't get what stops Babita from putting all the blame on Bone and Poem. Any idea? The way I look at it, that will solve her issues. [Or wont it? What am I missing?]
