After taking digs at other actors with social media fan following that their followers don't watch their movies, don't you think it's hypocritical on his part to buy followers?

Everything aside, I think he's extremely popular in Lollywood. It's gen z mostly active on social media. They might not find him at par with younger actors in terms of looks & appeal.

Successful actors can be insecure of younger actors. Happens in every industry. For example Rajesh Khanna became insecure when AB was rising. Jabke RK was the first superstar and I don't think anymore broke his record of delivering some 10+ hits in a single year..

I also remember, when FQ said Murtasim's styling could have been better, some fan said in the DT that he is just jealous. (Which is fair enough bcz it happens jab young stars became very popular)

Also KRQ was writing this drama specifically for Green TV (Humayun himself said it) that's why Nadeem didn't direct bcz he works for ARY. Humayun took permission from ARY and worked in this drama. So basically it was not for Humayun and he didn't choose Green. This drama was being written for Green only.

Besides that insecurity in older actors towards the younger generation is normal . Salman is one of the biggest stars in Bollywood and even he said he won’t give up his position for younger actors . These actors want adulation forever. Humayun might still be a huge star but the younger lot (Bilal, Wahaj, Danish) have way more years as a leading man ahead of him , therefore more years to catch up to him.

Also no one raised a question until I came across those statistics of insta followers. Hawayi baatein tou bikul nahin theen.

Kadwani’s favourites are Wahaj, Yumna and Feroze. He also likes Faisal Qureshi but that’s it. The first 3 even get invited to Kadwanis house for celebrations and he personally promotes their achievements like a proud family member on his insta.

On IF, we have often discussed IG follower counts, SM engagement statistics, Google search trends. We have done this so many times for Wahaj. Bilal. Dure. Fawad. Even Danish and Feroze. We have shared data, charts and graphs on this multiple times before. Aajtak koi defensive nahi hua with sharing this data and having a subsequent discussion on it. Why is having this same discussion on Humayun now treated as an attack on him? People are welcome to provide alternative interpretation of the data that were shared.

Most of Ayeza’s pictures are similar bridal shoots so she gets fewer engagements on those probably because people find it boring . Her personal pictures have the highest engagement from 400k to one getting a million .

Yes. Not everything is an attack just because now Humayun is in a drama. Also being defensive and reacting and trying to show how other actors's followers are fake is.. Difference of opinion bhi koi cheez hoti hai Bhai..

No problem in saying other actors have fake followers. But bringing them in just because you are being defensive now is..

Edited: I guess everyone should stop discussing anyone who is related to Yumna. Otherwise it will be termed as an attack. It was in comparison to Humayun's statement about followers and his actions.. If GM had some other actress then yahi discussion hota..

Expressing one’s opinion is allowed I guess over here, taking it as a shade is a personal choice. Countless times there were discussions happening around other celebs as well, with all statistical data, nobody came to question then, maybe it was okay at that time because this has to taken selectively.

Also green used to get views earlier when it was new, by running promotional ads. The person clearly said it might be possible, so in any case she is allowed to post her opinion.
