Not necessarily...she may just not want to get into any kind of conflict. Also the way the senior doctors acted def felt the senior was the one at fault here and trying to make her a scapegoat.

I think she is just a doctor who will just do her work and go back home. Also someone who minds her business and doesn't really care much about others that she's fight with bigger people for the wrongdoings..
