Before Aishwarya dated Salman, she was flop. She struggled to get good movies and she was desperate for a single hit.
Despite her claim that movies were falling into her lap because of her beauty and filmmakers were begging her to work with her even before she became Miss World, she had no good offers and made her debut in 1997 in a cameo in South. She gave 4 flops after that. She wasn't getting any good movies and three average offers she got (Indian opposite Sunny Deol, Radheshyam Sitaram opposite Sunil Shetty and Hum Panchi Ek Daal Ke opposite Sunil Shetty) got shelved.
Then she 'fell in love' with Salman in 1998 and that changed her career.
As soon as she started dated him, she started getting movies left and right. Salman forced Bhansali to cast Aishwarya opposite him in HDDCS instead of Manisha and Kajol. HDDCS was Aishwarya's cinematic breakthrough, her first hit, and the movie that established her as an actress in Bollywood. She got that opportunity because of Salman.
All the movies she has from 1998 to 2002 (except Taal), she got those through Salman. From 1998 to 2002, she was in 9 movies made by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, David Dhawan, Ramesh Taurani, Mansur Khan, Raj Kanwar....who are all Salman's friends and Salman recommended Aishwarya to his connections.
When Devdas became hit and Salman wasn't needed anymore, Aishwarya started finding ways to get rid of him. First she accused him of harassing her (after dating him for 4 years one day she realized she was being harassed lol). After that she issued a statement accusing him of abuse. Then she made Vivek do the press conference.
Instead of thanking him for making her film career, she said Salman destroyed her career and she lost 5 movies because of him. What film career did she have before she dated him? She owes the first and the biggest hit of her career to him. She owes her Bollywood career to Salman. Had Salman not given her movies, she would have been doing flops in South.
Instead of thanking Salman for introducing her into Bollywood's circle, she said Salman blacklisted her in the industry.
How toxic it is to accuse Salman of ruining her career when he is the one who made it.

Ash never needed salman for any movie she was miss world even hollywood wanted to cast her in movies, all were gaga over her pepsi ad only before winning miss world title. Indeed she lost her career bec of affair with salman

Salman was the hero in HDDCS. The movie credits start with him, then Ajay and then Aishwarya's name comes after them because she wasn't an established actress before HDDCS.
Salman's songs from 90s and 2000s are still a rage. His dance steps are famous. He has done romance, action, comedy, serious roles. Aishwarya is a PR made star trying to stay relevant by saying that all hit movies of other actresses were offered to her first.
Aishwarya's Miss World win gave her a flop cameo in South as her debut movie.
Ash needed Salman to get inside Bollywood's inner circle. Her career took off when she started dating him. Salman gave her HDDCS and all the 8-9 movies she has from 1998-2002. Instead of thanking him, she said he ruined her career! How toxic!!
Ash's so-called Hollywood career started in 2005. Her Hollywood movies (Bride and Prejudice, Mistress of Spices) were made by British-Indian directors. She didn't have any offers from real Hollywood directors.

His 2002 accident happened on the night Aishwarya issued a statement accusing him of all sorts of rubbish. She brought bad times in his life. She did the same to Vivek.
