Maybe as a comparison the makers should show Aditya driving and hitting Indra Tai also, or better yet Komal/Swati/Lucky/Karthik and see Sagar/Indra's reaction.

If the instinct is to protect Aditya in that case, I will say they are fair.

I understand the logic , I am not disputing the logic, but she is also Human being and someones mother(let alone Mukta's mother) and it was not that she was doing anything wrong on the road(crossing it at red light). Atleast Harsh, Savni should be in trouble for gifting a 12 year old a car, and driver for allowing him to drive.

Also Community service for Aditya is not a bad idea.
