Panchayat wala Banrakas was also in thissmiley36....actually the movie was giving me a little Panchayat vibes....and that girl who played Waheeda ki daughter Shama in Heeramandi was also in this as the Jaya character....I think she's a TV actress who has done some Zee show - her face looks familiar....anyways she did a good job in this film.

Yeah I saw laapata ladies week and really liked it..I inieitally had thought of it to be some parallel film so was like meh even going onto Netflix but achi nikli.. I liked woh chai wali aunty the most and well the lead ladies..bechari Jaya ko yahan role hi mahi tha shame was just wasted..but her real sister played Mallika jaan ka younger self and was pretty good too.. idk if she has done tv but she has a wierd similarity to radkhika Madan imo iss liye lagta hai tv wali hai

Haan chai waali aunty was the coolest character but I liked how they did Jaya's arc too....Ravi Kishan also did a good job as the Inspector

I liked this scene of Manju Maaismiley36....calling out how ladkiyon ko sheltered rakhne ke excuse se unko self-reliant nahin banne dete - sabse bada fraudsmiley36

Very different kind of IV from.him..I think this is the first time he spoke.so.much about his.personal life and turmoil ..

Bhara pada tha nayan toh mostly is a listener.

But I like how even in this he is talking about being pushed from all sides emotionally yet not blaming anyone or playing the victim and still have a very balanced pov

Always noce to hear him talk about adi and yahan he mentioned his drunk scene and first 100 episodes and how sometimes it is coming from the real grief

Haan it is kinda raw..he talks about all the judgement that came his way over no particular fault of.his and how he lost on work caz people suddenly didn't wanted to work with him backed out from.handing him scripts and all caz they felt he lost the public image and pull over this..but also him saying that he doesn't blame anyone for that and goes with his belief that if you are a hardworker no one can finish you .. and baaki how he was feeling the signs when it happened and Than being attacked from everywhere and his childhood traumas .. but as always I did like that he like always doesn't victimize himself like all of it is dark and intense but it never feels like hai main dukhiyara main bechara way main

Yeh arrogant boy roles suit Ankismiley36....Fateh bhi toh UD ke shuru mein aise hi akdu tha with Tejosmiley36.

I'm just laughing at how obviously Imlie replacement looks like Imlie only....lol girl has same kind of hairstyle and clothes for village background....except yeh waali motorbike chalaati hai instead of cycle and apparently direct hal bhi khud hi chalaati hai as some kind of super farming queensmiley36

Wohi village v/s city tashan karenge jo Imlie mein bhi tha.....lol

Finally catching up on this IV and man, he gives so many reminders of Babusahib when he talks about aeb jitne bhi ho, fareb nahin hona chahiyesmiley36....iske andar ka Adi starts peeking out then....itni conviction se Sach Suraj ki tarhan hota hai...yeh aur kaun hi bol sakta thasmiley36

But yeah the rest of it with him talking about the whole incident leading up to learning about his father's death was quite raw.....the dead never give you any indications, it's always the living who imagine it...insaan ka sabse bada darr uski parchhayi hota hai.

GM loves to keep coming back to talking about how the trolls don't matter....lol phir bhi woh log besharmon ki tarhaan isse beizzati karvaane aa jaate hain in ask me sessionssmiley36

Also liked the bit where he talked about the moral and ethical responsibility to yourself to pull yourself out of a mess rather than saying it's the job of your your loved ones to pull you out of that.

Talking about his work....just the other day I was watching an old Imlie scene and it was one of the emotional Adi scenes only so what a coincidence that he mentioned how he used that platform to get emotions/pain out through those scenes and if you watch, sometimes you can tell its transcending whats in the script....so damn true, man....Adi hit on another raw level.

I wonder what was the web show he lost out on that he loved the script so much and felt ki it was like playing himself only.....lol
