What is this new "team" feature in vanshaj forum?

This was done for IPL forum but knowing the kind of technical team IF has they implemented it for other places too.

Teams for different forums across I-F like flairs for different subreddits in Reddit

If you take up a flair team in one subreddit forum , it won't be visible in other forums

I added Kabir cause there are still a couple of Kabir fans in the forum
