Call me Kulfi because I'm starting to melt a bit. It seems that when Imlie's heart softens, so does mine.
This guy is so unserious for singing patriotic songs to distract himself from Imlie. He behaves like a such husband, always so careful around her like he got caught stealing the last cookie. Their domestic dynamic is so endearing to witness. That little sweet sa smile after she called him a pagal papita haaaaiii!
His anger towards those goons reminded me of Agastya's, when he was defending Imlie from drunkards at the bar. There's something deeply touching about a husband standing up for his wife's honor. I couldn't help but smile with admiration.
Imlie's hurt over Surya possibly thinking less of her indicates how much she has started to care. Her reaction, though expected, adds a good dose of angst. Our girl’s dil ka wall are so high but when she falls in love, she commits with her entire being. So I’m not disappointed, I want Surya to have reasons to jamao his haq and show his concern.
The scene in the hotel room was perfect. Surya proudly proclaiming that Imlie's past profession doesn't bother him was heartwarming. And seeing Imlie become emotional in the background only enhanced the scene's beauty.
Finally hearing him call her his biwi with conviction was deeply satisfying. While I'm partial to Agastya's scenes, this one was still impactful. I eagerly anticipate the day when Imlie refers to him as her pati.
In many ways, Surya embodies the ideal partner, almost too good to be true. Unlike Imlie and Agastya, their relationship began with guilt and obligation rather than mutual consent. Despite the rough start, they're finally making progress. It has so much potential, I wish they had time to show it.
Fate has intertwined two beautiful souls with Imlie's. It seems Agastya taught her the meaning of love, while Surya will show her what it’s like to have it be fulfilled.

Reddy family drama was ok and inko itni kya jaldi thi bhai they could have wait for surya imlie to return to talk about this matter but they started on phone lol but alas kya hi kar sakte.

that guy is shining brighter in each episode with each issue he handles.. He has become calm and solving things smoothly... Imlie surely gonna melt but won't accept . Hopefully story will take some important positive turn during this trip.. Looking forward for more surya imlie scenes and there Love story to start🤩

Agreed with everything Shradha wrote.. Imlie has been thru literal hell, and she doesn't wanna be vulnerable again.. to anyone.. And trusting Surya will somewhere mean, that she is buliding expectations from this "1 year" wedding, and she's more like.

Pehle we used to occasionally choose sides between Agastya and Imlie when either of them took wrong decisions.. Then, we started shipping Agaslie, and even after Auggy died, we always were on their side, and against Surya.. And now we have reached a stage, that we are defending Surya against our very own Imlie.. 
Isse kehte hain writing.. Isse kehte hai character arcs.. Swaad aa gaya, by God..❤️
Concluding on a lighter note, jitna ye ladki tadpa rahi hai na bhai.. ek din aaega, iss kadar pighalegi, she shall be wanting him to touch her willingly.. 🔥 and that time, I want Surya to be like, aaj mood nai hai 😂
I believe the primary reason why I find it it hard to fully pighalna is because Agastya's flaws are what made him human. His imperfections were what made his character so endearing and lovable.
He was simply striving to navigate the best he could through his circumstances, without anyone to lean on when the burden became too heavy. He made a lot of mistakes but he was always so quick to acknowledge his faults and apologize.
Sai's portrayal of Agastya’s pain has kindled a flame, the raw emotion displayed left a profound impact on my heart. The way Agastya cried y’all, it’s something that my soul cannot forget. The way that him and Imlie used to hesitate to comfort eachother because they themselves never received it, I love those scenes.
I feel the need to witness Surya's vulnerability more as well. That’s why I love the scenes where he has angry outbursts, it shows what affects him and how much he’s holding in. As Imlie starts to care for him more, I want her to feel to pull to be there for him.
Loyalty and commitment seem like basic expectations to me in a relationship, yet it's a somber reality that not everyone upholds them. Despite this, I still hold respect for Surya for all he has accomplished in this short time.
However, revealing all your emotions in front of someone is an entirely different experience. I want Imlie to see Surya for the perfect husband and partner he’s being, but also for the person he is on the inside. I want them to heal eachother.

One more thing I loved about Agastya is how he could never allow himself to see Imlie in pain. Whether it be before, during or even after their contract marriage.
We saw him shed tears for her in all stages of their relationship. The Dil Hai To Manta Nahi sequence, the scene where he was cleaning up her wounds after she got attacked by goons or even how quickly he confessed the Binni contract marriage truth when she cried.
It took me time to forgive Surya for his treatment of Imlie before marriage. He was tormenting an already hurt soul. Dressing up in Agastya’s wedding outfit, belittling Imlie in front of the family and throwing her out of the house violently. In his misunderstanding, he ruined Imlie’s chances of doing her board exam, she had to take a bullet for him in order to gain his trust.
Granted, right now he’s doing his best to fix his mistakes. I’ve come to respect and appreciate his character a lot more. But we’re missing that emotional connection in order for me to start loving his character.
