Oh their acting was on point in TB too, despite the OTT demand. You can’t delete the actor out of them. Their nuances? Incredible. Also both characters got a lot of screen time and importance in the script to shine and they both were able to show their range - be it the romance scenes or the drama or comedy. Nobody did banter like them. TB had its flaws but their acting was never one of them.

These sudden doubts and double standards seem pretty recent. When two critically acclaimed actors suddenly get a huge commercial success that sets a precedent like this show did, it’s bound to ruffle some feathers like I said. Now it’s reached a point where just talking about them is what makes things relevant for some, even if it’s “criticism” It’s like day Yumna, night Wahaj and on and on it goes. Fandom is already dedicated and active but then others don’t give it a rest either
